If you have made your mind up to quit , you can. You must go cold turkey and it won't be easy. It took me about 3 mths before the urge diminished. Up and until that time I was very "bitchy" and the least little thing would set me off, so beware of that pitfall. The next and worst pitfall I encountered was eating. During the quiting period, I took up eating. I gained about 50 lbs. I have since lost 30 lbs of it though, but as you get older it is harder to get it off. Good Luck.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
