I have been "smokeless" for 19 years now after suckin' on those things and trying to ruin my health (almost did too) for over 40 years. I had quit several times, but couldn't stay quit. Finally my doctor in "country town, USA, Gridley, California" told me to look in the mirror and decide if I was in charge of my life or the ciggys were. Being a pretty egotistical person, that worked, I quit and with God's help I've stayed quit...Quit drinking the same way.
