You probably need to have the oil pump checked to make sure the relief valve isn't stuck as been mentioned. That happened on one of my supervisor's car. He had zero pressure and the lifters started to get noisy. He had a stuck relief valve. He called me at work to tell me what he found and for me to pick up another pump. I went over to help him to install the pump. Sludge is what caused his relief to stick.
You could change to straight wt 30 oil to see if that helps. You have a heater to help preheat the engine. I had the oil pressure to drop on a Farmall A that had a complete engine rebuild. I was using 10-30 oil since I rebuilt the engine during the winter. I was plowing the garden and I noticed the pressure dropping. I pulled out of the garden and drained the oil and installed 30 wt oil. Went back to plowing and had no more problems with oil pressure. I also use 30 wt in my garden tractor.
