hello all i have been in the rural world of satellite internet for 6 years now. wildblue for 2 years...till i switched to hughesnet...figured the grass was greener...it was not. they claim 1.2 mbps download...i get like 800K mps... better than dialup...but not much got an ad in the mailbox yesterday for Exede by wildblue... 15 MBPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! are they serious!? cheaper than Hughesnet too! i'm going to find out tomorrow...the man is coming to hook me up...so hopefully by 5 pm tomorrow i will be watching allan play the guitar and lanse weld on youtube...because right now it takes an hour to watch a 10 minute video. good bye hughesnet...hello broadband speed! if anyone is interested i'll give a report tomorrow night...my internet speed has been my one source of frustration in my rural world...no DSL, fiber or cable option.
