No kidding, well hey that's good news, having been to a cardio-vascular(term?) doctor several times recently for an unrelated issue, and seeing all the posters and pamphlets on things like this, some of it is a ticking bomb, that's some weight to carry on ones shoulders, not knowing, worry etc. Early detection on all these cardio-vascular problems sure seems to be the key. The variables in each of is is incredible for this, some people, thin, exercise eat healthy and or what have you still get it others don't. Hard to figure that out. I'm in the same age bracket, but BP is always textbook or a tad low, nurses always mention it too, however I don't take that for granted always room for improvement pr something to keep in check, Doc says whatever you are doing keep at it ! Good news, glad to hear that, ought to be a relief for you !
