Does this come under the heading of Scrapping? Not in my book. A scrapper is just that; a person interested in metal for it's scrap value. A person who takes the time and energy to reduce a non-viable machine to it's component parts for re-use is providing a valuable and much needed service. Not to mention allowing others to continue using/restoring their old machines at a reasonable cost. There is a vast difference between scrapping and parting-out. Long live the recyclers!
