Top left pic one are Boat shuttles for a hand loom Yarn/thread is wound on the internal spike and unwinds as it is thrown across the loom between the warp threads. The spools are yarn/thread spools also often used on rug weaving looms. Bottom right is a yarn/thread organizer that is used to keep each color in order for hand braiding, or other length sorting action. Bottom right are also shuttles but require unwinding before passing through Warp of loom. Simple to make and cumbersome to use.
The machine is as described below a quack medicine device of Zero effect other than possible electro magnetic radiation and electric shock. Fun to look at.
The black iron tools could be a saw set (guess.) Meat mincer/dicer would be the bladed instrument.
The skates are not adjustable for length (We have 30 pair of them, my wife owns a figure skating academy) they have two differing methods of clamping to shoes. The nickle plated ones are a bit more desirable. Circa 1880 to 1920. Google US figure skating Museum to see much more.
The flat wire handled thing (opinion) is used to separate solid things out of a tub or barrel by manipulating the handles and pushing it up against the side to lift and allow liquid to drain back. Jim
