Cleaner is unlikely to help. You need what we call the "Kill Box" to find injectors acting up. Before you do swap any out, make sure you have all the glow plugs working. Not unusual to have the injector/glow plug connectors on the valve cover gaskets melt. If you do replace any injectors, don't forget to suck out the oil and fuel that runs down the hole to the cylinder.
