Well having been a KUBOTA dealer for over 28 years ..I have come to realize they have money and can do ABOUT what they want.Couple of things in play here, first about three years ago when Vemeer was working with McCormic to market their tractors Kubota went to Land Pride ( Great Plains) and tried to get something going could,t get it bought. The thinking was would get a lot of good implments . Kubota now has it,s own Loader plant in Georgie and needs the Veemer Hay equipment. They will start with that Finance agreement but if things work out money will flow. One of the companys stated goals 5 years ago was to become stronger in the construction market so the vemere thing would also help there. who knows will just wait and see..Also realize they are the leadre in asian combine market and dealers are just waiting for that move to USA.
