Thanks for askin... Doc checked everything (time for my annual safety inspection anyway)... Couldn't explain the BP other than maybe something I was eating causing a reaction. Anyway, bloodwork was all good, cholesterol & sugar were all safe, BP 138/15 which he said was next to perfect for a fat guy that likes his beer. Always does this little worksheet and says you got ??% chance of heart disease, attack, stroke, etc..... Used to always be 5 or 6 %, but was 3% this visit (brought my cholesterol down)....
Only thing I changed was not "adding" salt at meals, threw an almost empty jar of peanut butter away, and found an alcohol free beer that I like.
Second day after I stopped the peanut butter, I started feeling better.....
