I do not know about the viability of the old CT but since I was in the FFA chapter closest to the Quality F&F headquarters when the buyout happened, and dealt with many of the companies big shots, including the owners, the Holt brothers, I do know Quality was totally viable and expanding locations before the CT buyup. From watching things close up, I really think that Quality just got to big to quick and mortgaged what they had on the expansion. It is also true that several of the old Quality corp management have a new startup in Michigan. It is called Family Farm and Home, and is still headquartered in Muskegon Mi, on Laketon Ave, about 10 miles from the old Quality headquarters in North Muskegon.
