It"s a very questionable story. Denver news reported that she stayed outside watching planes land and had waited too late to board becuase the TSA doors were already locked (small airport remember).
The passenger claims it was becasuse there were no fermale TSA agents. I"m not sure I trust the TSA version anymore than hers, but somewhere in the middle is the truth.
I still don"t trust the effectiveness or professionalism of the TSA
