If they're more than six years old, the only thing they're good for is burning out old tree stumps. Look for a date code.
They'll work if all you need is something round and black to keep the rims out of the dirt. If you plan on driving the truck more than on and off a trailer for transport to/from car shows, you probably should look for something different.
Trailer tires aren't made to the same quality standards as passenger vehicle tires for some reason.
