the most stabte time in our histroy was the 40s- the late 60s right? can anyone tell me difrent? we had a top tax rate of 91% one earinings over 1mill and trade pollices that keeped jobs here were they belonged can any body tell me why we cant go back to that we have used the same tax pollices that we had in the 1920s for the last 30 yeary they did not work in the 20s and they dont work now!
