measure the area and note the shape you want the boot to cover, several options if the original [ posted below] cant be found, one is to look at modern excavating equipment, ie loaders, backhoes, excavaters ect they have boots over their control sticks ill bet one of them will be real close to what you need, also some forgine cars have a "lace up" gear shift boot, allowing some flexibility for you to fit it to your tractor
