I used to be a Dodge man when it came to trucks, we had an '89 1/2 ton Ram with a 318 and four on the floor that we used everyday on the farm. It finally "retired" last year. I didn't think anything could kill that truck. I turned into a GM guy after purchasing an 89 Olds 88 Royale with the 3800 motor. I found GM parts to be easy to find and the vehicles easier to work on than my Dodges. I don't care if GM took a bail out I'll stick with them for reasons of parts availability and the fact I can do most of the repairs myself. I've had Ford's and they have been nothing more than disapointing.
