My BIL had a service truck that he used to service garden tractors for the company he worked for .. It had a vacuum pump in it and a tank system to remove oil from the filler system, I liked the idea, so I have been kicking around the idea of a 25 or 30 gal plastic food grade barrel with the screw on lid make holes on the lid to add a suction tube and a piece of PVC and use my large shop vac should do many small tractors and still be able to handle it without too much difficulty .
