the e 930's have a hyd filter under the platform depending on what year some have a screw on and some have a canister type a few even have both, but I would say that is not your problem if the hyd remotes are working right my guess is in the Draft-O-Matic valve under the floor plate hassome thing stuck/rusted ect if you tear into this valve I highly recomend having a service manual to work with and a operators is a very god idea as stated below to cnt
