Oil is passing the seal on the PS pump shaft. It might be a bad seal. It's more likely a worn out pump... Take the pump apart and inspect it paying particular attention to the shaft bushings and housings. If those are worn, get a new pump. If they're not worn (too) badly then you can reseal the pump and probably have some success with it. Seal kits are somewhere in the vicinity of 60 bucks.
