You're not spending $5000 to mow your yard. Your spending an extra $3000 for a better machine which will elimanate much of your trimming, it'll save you an hour or more in time which you can now do something enjoyable and it save you turning around time which is another .5 hours x all the times you mow and I'd venture to say that you'll save at least 100 hours per year;not to mention less wear and tear on a machine and the zero turn will outlast the other by twice or more. So...you want to save a few bucks or save a lot? Save a lot and buy the zero turn.
