The only kit would be an engine kit and that is not all of the differences between the two. The 4020s had several heavier gears in the transmission and rear end. The PTO system is completely different. An easy way to tell the difference between the two is the location of the PTO engagement lever. The 10 series where on the left and the 20 series is on the right.
If all else is the same the 4020 would be worth several thousand dollars more than the 4010. The seller is trying to steer you to the 4010.
