It probably would be worth more if it had hydraulics, but I restored an A in 1975-1976. It came with the 16-inch moldboard plow. I only gave $100.00 for it with the plow, but it needed a lot of work. The engine was stuck, needed, rims, tires, fenders, wiring, seat and steering wheel. Ask the owner what he's asking for it. If it seems too high make an offer. If he won't come down and you think it's too high I would walk away. With the lever for lifting the implements it wasn't hard lifting the plow. They do a swell job plowing.
