Does your Farmall have a Magneto? if so, the problem may be there, Have it gone over, I have read about this problem elsewhere and repairing the magneto seemed to fix the problem, If your Farmall is electronic ignition, check the cap and rotor, cap may be cracked and rotor may be bad, a tune up would help also.
