We just went with 2 Jitterbug phones about 3 months ago and the only thing I have found so far is have to keep track of the battery power a bit better than did with Veriosn. I have the 50 minutes plan and so far the highest I have had was 14 minutes, Wife went to next higher minutes but not close to running out and so far we have had coverage. Tried commumar celluar and at home and in a lot of area would be in no coverage but just the opposide of home there was good clear reception even tho the map sad we had coverage. Commumular was cheaper. If you have coverage with Veriosn then you will have coverage with Jitterbug as they use veriosn towers. Just wish the speakers would turn up higher but have had that problem with all the digital phones have had, The orignal 2 were bag phones and they were the best on analog. The Jitterbug is strictly phone only with no options like voice mail that I hate. Veriosn kept trying to sneak it in without me knowing and I would find out when I would try to call my wife and it would go to voice sometimes on first ring and never longer than third ring and it takse 5 rings minimum to be able to answer the phone. And it tells you in plain sight how many minutes you have used along with how much battery power you have and coverage level, the veriosn phone would only tell battery power. If you don't under estimate how much you use the phone there will be no problems and if you see you are getting short of minutes call them and add minutes before you are out but if you have to do that more than once go to the next higher plan.
