Yeah, but if you were in the program that's asking for the update, I don't think it's going to ask for something that's going to hurt your computer. I think that prompt is simply your anti-virus saying "hey, I'm not sure what you're doing here". As long as your anti-virus is on, you should be good.
Browsers on your computer have to be constantly updated to keep up with peoples websites that are constantly updated.
Hey rrlund, you might want to google that prompt. Seems others have had the same thing. Seems it's all about either auto update or manual.
