Add on power steering kit say things like not for use with a loader but that is to cover them if the unit does not work well. As for needed one yep unless your built like the hulk. As for any tractor shop around and you may find one for a better price with what you want. I payed $3250 for an 841 years ago with a loader and a 2 bottom plow and still have that tractor
