Spray now on a warm sunny day. Grass will multiply and replace the dandelions. Plants compete for food in the soil. The ones with the best root structure will thrive at the expense of the others. Dandelions have good roots. "overseeding" to crowd out the weeds is questionable in my opinion. Later Bob
