It's not your job to "police" it. Flag it if you come across it, but if you're getting overwhelmed with "search and destroy" missions, you're doing it wrong.

I was looking at a tractor I found on C-list Thursday evening, and the guy told me a story about some jerk who called him to "educate" him about the tractor he had, telling him that if it's really what he claimed, it should have this feature, and that feature and so on...

He asks this jerk if he wants to buy the tractor. No, not interested at all. WTH?
