I'm not stating that your statement is incorrect. I'm curious of the board part # of the replaced part and if a dealer repaired your 4455. I find it difficult to believe that it requires a $975 printed circuit board to make head lamps burn on a tractor such as my 4255 that will run without the computer and even with the battery & alternator disconnected. As far as I know the computer on my 4255 monitors oil pressure,engine/hyd temp and keeps track of engine hrs and service intervals but doesn't control head lamps.
