We had a wild barn cat hide kittens near the house last summer. We couldn't get within 20 yds of her. We started handling the kittens when they were tiny, much to her displeasure but she didn't move them. We started bringing them in the house at night and she cautiously followed to stay with her brood. Now she is a committed house cat. She is hard to put outside. Go for it.

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion.
