No one wants "regulation" of there freedoms but what no one seems to relics is that it's not that the gov is trying to regulate and hind law abiding people it's that there are crooked illmoral folks that will lie cheat and steal for $. The regs are there to keep those greedy jerks in check. Like the home loan thing, lenders were intentionally giving out loans that they knew were bad but they did not care cause they just sold the loans to a different company. And now look what happend, economy on the toilet. And it looks like we are gonna have to start regulating the banks again. Big gov has it's limits but putting regs on industries that keep them honest is a good thing. Why most people don't see it till it's to late I'll never understand. You can't trust people, they will steal your wheel weights you car your house anything so they can make money.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
