I see what you mean... and am not offended. Things are alittle different here than most of us are used to in the States.... Big thing is the size of property. This stuff is on a place less than an eighth of an acre, setting right on a public road, and joined by a kind of picnic area and landmark. Also several folks have small pieces that join and are clean. After the county says something, it's just a matter of time till they come in and clean it themselves and present him with a healthy bill or a kind of bill of sale for the property. He'll have a choice of paying the bill or signing over the property.
