THAT sounds like a great place NOT to live. Good Lord . . . if you own your property seems you ought to be able to use it as you want . . as long as the stuff isn't overflowing onto other's land or causing pollution. No wonder why the USA is sunk!
For those that choose to live like little confined mice in a nest in their "perfect" mini-societies - fine with me. I avoid those places like the plague.
We haven't cut our grass in 20 years. We let the goats eat it and it's fun to see what wild plants come up. Much better then a personal sized little "putting green" in some village.
As to "hoarding?" There is a fine line between "hoarding" and "collecting" or "saving for spare parts." Nobody's business either - except for the owner. I have over 100 tractors and if you don't like it - tough! Stay in our little protected village.
This is sad and funny at the same time. Our "village" in town where "special people" live passed a law banning agriculture in their special protected area zoned as the "hamlet." It backfired since it was judged that as written - mowing your lawn could be interpreted as that evil deed of "mowing hay." The latter is an illegal devious act of agriculture.
