I have to agree with Pitch and some others on here. The equipment is HIS. IT also is setting on HIS ground. I would have charged you with trespassing. What he wants to do with his stuff is his business. If the county does order him to clean it up then that is his business too.

I guess I need to come over to Germany and walk all over YOUR property and tell you what I would like to have and then offer to buy it for scrap price. I remember YOU raising he!! about people in your pastures and such but you think it is fine to go on his property.

Now his family is going to give him grief about the stuff too. IF I was him I would sell or give it to ANYONE BUT you. You are sticking your nose into HIS business.

I had an A$$ that would wait until he saw me leave and then he would walk all over my place, including inside the sheds. He then would come over and offer me what he thought things where worth. Even things that where inside and not for sale. I ran him off and refuse to sell him anything. If I see him at an auction I will run the bid up on anything he is bidding on. I have made it a point to let him here me resale some of the stuff for less than I gave for it. I DO HOLD A grudge. LOL.

What is mine and on MY property is mine to do with as I see fit. Even my money is mine to do with as I want.

Today's Featured Article - A Towny Goes Plowing - by Anthony West (UK). I live in an area renowned for its rural beauty. Small fields with hedgerows and trees are common place, as are small hamlets with village greens and the odd duck pond complete with swans. The center of any village once the shop is closed is the old tavern. Rustic places with cheerful names like "The Griffin" "Red Lion" or "The Plough and Harrow" are found dotted around the country lanes all over the place. The warm glow of yellowish light can be seen for quite some distance at dusk, and ... [Read Article]
