Quite a few times I have gotten calls for a lower interest rate on one of my Credit cards , it starts with a recorded message then gives a number to push a number on the phone pad for more info. One time I called the number just to find out what card it was for. I started to ask questions, they were hard to get my card number, I asked was this from the actual card office. Then they got defensive claiming it was legit (of course LOL)then I asked is this a scam, I got the fastest dialtone ever.....Then called the actual card office, said they didn"t know anything about it. I still get these calls even though I have my two phones on "DO NOT CALL" and my sons cell phone too. I still get all kinds of calls "NO CALL" or not.
