Hi Nancy. First question I would ask of myself, does or would Walmart or whoever have the home or cell phone number or email address for any reason, including texting? If so, I would contact Walmart. Actually, I think that I would contact Walmart and if at all possible, get from them an address to forward it to since you have already opened it. I don't use Ebay or Paypal, but when I get unsolicited stuff, always forward to "spoof@paypal.com", so maybe Walmart has something similar? Generally speaking, if I get anything from anyone in the postal mailbox or emailbox and I don't know who it is, it gets tossed or deleted. I don't even mess with it or them.
And by the way, you asked a few weeks back the name of a fella that scammed my mother for over $7,000 and a few people for something like $100,000, lost the case and then owed my mother and all, then filed for bankruptcy nulifying all of it, then moving to the Dallas area...Steve Butler from the Elkhart, IN. area. I think that either he or his wife was from that area originally. His scam was construction, taking people to the cleaners. Hope you never meet or have dealings with him, but if you do, give him one for my mother and a few others.

After numerous dead ends for a replacement carb, I went to work fixing mine.I soldered new floats on the float arm, they came from an old motorcycle carb, replaced the packing on the throttle shaft with o-rings, cut new ga
