Sounds about right, compared to here in Nebraska.
I went to an auction a coupla weeks ago where 187 acres sold. It consisted of 74 acres of tillable land, a farmstead, and the rest in pasture and timber. Sold for $5025 per acre straight across with no distinction between tillable, pasture, and timber. You do the math. Total price, $939,675.00.
