Funny you posted this......I read it just after commenting (with the manners and tact that I am famous for) on a forum here where a guy was complaining and badmouthing (posting full name, address, and phone number) of a guy that sold a part that they had a verbal agreement on. No down payment or anything in writing and the complainer never showed up at a couple appointments to pick it up. Several folks chimed in after I called the guy (complainer) an idiot quoting law paragraphs that said the seller was obligated to hold the part on a word agreement...Told them they were all idiots too, but if there is such a law it wouldn't surprise me.... Wish I had known about it a couple of times :roll:
