I would say it might be a 610 that has had the tail wheel changed. We have a f620h four bottom that looks similar but has the trips and small tail wheel just got a book for it and it covers 610 /620/630 mechanical and Hyd lifts says 610 was non trip / 620 was trip and 630 was heavy duty trip been told 620's have four lugs and 630's have six the plows were buit in the early 60's That's what I have learned I Am sure someone on here has allot more knowledge than I on these plows I have learned allot of my info of this site
