Those three point adapters really don't work very well for plowing. The tractor was designed for the snap coupler/draft system to plow with an integral plow. The three point adapter short circuits all of that system.
So you have three choices: 1) Just keep doing what you have been doing. Manually working the lift like the draft system would. On hilly terrain this is going to be hard to do with any great success.
2) Just find a set of snap coupler plows. It is not hard to remove just the lift arms and lift links on your three point adapter. Then use the snap coupler plow. Then you will have a working draft system that actually worked well. When done plowing just reinstall the three point linkage and arms.
3) Forget an integral plow. Just go back to a pull plow. You can get a hydraulic lift plow. If your not needing to plow much then just get a two bottom and that WD will pull them anywhere. A three bottom will be a tough pull in hard to plow soils. You will run out of traction. A good pull plow does a great job plowing when set correctly. I have a set just for little spots just to keep from having to move wheels and such.
