The main carb body, throttle plates, choke etc are common across the 60,620,630,70,720 & 730. With differences in the nozzle and power jets depending on displacement and fuel type. The 70,720 and 730 all share the same metering. Anything else missing or malfunctioning on the tractor? Many "carburetor" problems have been solved by tossing the plugs and installing Autolite 3116's. Incorrect valve lash will also cause "carb" problems. The battery is connected with the pos to chassis. The coil is connected with pos to the points and neg to the ignition switch. Don't leave the tractor running for extended periods with the clutch pulled and left in gear. Place in neutral and engage clutch to prevent bearing wear/overheating.
