bradinpa, My old 97 Ford F150, Supercab, 4X4, long bed, 4.6 V8, auto, 3.55 gears. Before they went to this Ethanol blended gas junk it got 15/16mpg all day long! Now it gets 13/14mpg on the blended junk. The old girl has 336,000K on her now. My son runs her and her only job now is to stay under him! My wife's 04 Expedition has a 5.4 V8, auto, 4x4, 3.55 rear gears. It got 17 mpg on reg undiluted gas. On the blended stuff 14/15 regularly. OBTW it has 227,000K miles now! Neither of these rigs are chipped or any intake or exhaust work done. Just for info sake my work car is a 2011 Ford Edge. 3.5 V6, 6 speed auto Std axle, 21/22mpg on blended gas all day long for me. My miles run from 150 to 300/ day! got it Jan 5, had 18500k miles on it, today it has a touch over 34400 on it! All 3 accounts are real world #s !!! Hope this helps. Later, John A.
