: Anybody out there got pictures of what you have to do to the brakes on the Super seriec in order to make them consistently work? : (In lieu of that, does anybody have an anchor for sale?) You will always have problems with the brakes on that tractor! The disc brakes on the tractor had problems. The best way I have found to correct problems is to take the outside drums to a machine shop and have the inside turned to remove "hot spots". Have the outside machined to the same measurments. Take the expanders apart, clean the channels that the balls travel in and apply a light coat of ant-seize. Replace the balls and the springs with new. Make sure that the shaft that the disc pad rides on is not "notched".
