If you are planning to go to Norfolk, you should check out the Tractor & Truck Museum off of I95 in Colonial Heights Virginia, approx 30 min south of Richmond. (Tractor Related). You will enjoy your stop, he has an old warehouse full of restored tractors and Trucks. If you are not interested in that Richmond and Williamburg are all very nice for the History Buff.
