Sounds like it would be more than adequate fro what you want to do.

Price sounds a bit steep in view of the work it needs, but I'm obviously not in touch with local demand and prices in your area.

If you're a novice, replacing a clutch is not something I'd recommend tackling, and the price of new tractor tires will make your knees weak! I'd be doing some serious bargaining with them on those points.
