I really can't identify this tractor by the picture you have here. I can however give you some information about the 'Flex Tread' machines. According to my book a 1933 ad. referred to it as the ' greatest value in small farm tractors.'The ad went on to claim it had been proven in 7 years of continous operation, and also claimed to be the only track-laying type tractor on the market. The model "H" weighed 650 lbs., was water cooled, and was powered by a 5 hp engine. In addition to the model H the company also made models K (2.5 hp) M (3.5 hp) D (5 hp.) E-2 (8 hp) and models S,W,WS,and F. Hope this sheds some light on the subject. Sound like you have something rare. Good luck.
