Assume it originally had a pony engine start. Unless you change the entire system (hood, etc.) to a factort electric start set up the value goes down a lot. From a collectors standpoint nobody much wants them.
If you just want it as a chore/work tractor I would guess toward the lower end of the prices you listed. Does it have 3 point hitch, flat top fenders, float ride seat and other options?
If you could get pictures several people could give you prices. They also vary with the area of the country.
