Not many normal every day folks sell'n stuff on craigslist offer transport service on a car or truck. If they claim to be a dealer or any type of buisness call the local police in the area and just ask what kind of folks they are.
Buddy of mine works up the road from where I do and stops in to see me some nights. He showed up about a month ago on cloud nine. Found a back hoe online just out side Atlanta for next to nothing, I had a tractorhouse there at work and flipped through and found three just like it for over twice what was in the add. Had the internet add printed out and showed it to me. Normal Nigerian wording in the add. He was head'n out the next morning to go look at it. They had give'n him the name of the "shipping company" that was holding it. He had not googled the compay. I talked him into calling the local police before leave'n out. They wanted any and all info he had on the "sellers" because they had been use'n a made up name and company to sell stuff for a while.
