The destroker affects the front high pressure pump only. The trans pump should still supply the pto clutch/brake, the PS clutch/brake packs, brakes and trans lube oil. Then supply the front pump with what flow capacity is left over. Either flow to the pump inlet is blocked. The pump/pump drive has failed. Or a gross leak at the pump outlet. The trans divert valve if working would send priority oil to the PS, brakes and PTO if there was any oil flow. If the filter was blocked. Then there is the trans relief valve which is only supposed to open if trans pressure exceeds approx 175psi and dumps oil back to sump. Maybe time to call in an expert. Cheaper in the long run to repair it just once and do it right the first time.
