Yep I knew that. Many years ago there was a black one in this area but no one with conservation would agree that it was here but many people told them it was but since back then it was hard to get a picture at night to prove it they said we didn't have them. Of course there is also this in the fall deer hunting reg booklets that say it is not legal to shoot a big cat so if they are not here why have that in the booklet
